"Thanks, Robert, for a great job installing the new A. O. Smith water heater we purchased from Sunnyvale Lowe's. Our college-age son appreciated getting to watch every detail, and was fascinated to learn about all the features and details of modern water heater technology and its integration with our household plumbing. You did a great job with the new legally-required details such as the gas trap, the pan underneath, threaded fastenings for the water supply lines, re-routing the gas lines to accommodate the slightly wider water heater, and insulation of the hot water output."

"Economy Rooter is the best. This is the second time I have used them. Roots clogging the drain. They showed up on time and Kevin was awesome. Cleaned out a couple of pounds of nasty roots. Explained what he did and left the work area immaculate. Thank you guys!"

"We bought a kitchen faucet at Lowe's with installation. They contract with Economy Rooters who came out and did the job. We were in a bit of a rush as the current faucet was giving us trouble and they were able to accommodate our request. Robert the installer, is a pleasant man who knew the job well. He laid out plastic sheets etc to prevent any water damage and cleaned up the area before leaving. Overall very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Economy rooter and I would use them again should the need arise."

"Robert came on time and was incredibly efficient and kind. I felt so at ease with him in my house doing this work. A few weeks later this was an issue and I called Economy Rooter to ask them to come back. Sevdet the woman who answered the phone was incredibly accommodating! When George came to see what the problem was he fixed it quickly, and even though the problem was unrelated to the work they had done previously, George made the repair and did not charge me for the visit. I cannot express how wonderful this company is in doing their job and treating their customers as humans."
